City adventures in Sofia in support of the Fund for the Children of Heroes

Author: Nova TV

From children for children - adventures in Sofia with a charitable purpose. "City Quests" are the idea of a group of eighth graders from the 119th school in the capital. They are free. However, anyone who wishes can make a donation, which will go to the Children of Heroes Fund.

The adventure begins in front of the National Palace of Culture. The NOVA team transforms into a secret agent hunting down a mafia double agent. Each "quest" has a different scenario and passes through a number of sights and details in Sofia.

"The idea was born with the help of our class teacher, who gave us the idea. We started working hard on the project because she was wonderful", says Evgenia Perpelieva.

"They are of different difficulty, for all age groups. No limit. They are very interesting. Each one of them is unique in itself", points out Sofia Dimova.

"We worked for months, very hard, and in the end I think it's worth it, because we put in a lot of work and effort," points out Nikola Rachev.

The adventures are in English and are for charity. All funds raised go to the children of doctors and teachers who died from COVID-19.

"The initiative is for the Fund for the Children of Heroes. It is about children who have become orphans as a result of their parents dying of COVID-19", says Maria-Magdalena Bogdanova.

"They can donate. They can also play for free or donate without playing. This is their choice", Kalina Ivanova points out.

"Because everyone needs help at this point, no matter what. These people need help the most right now, after they have suffered from this crisis", says Gabriela Dimitrova.

In order to activate any of the adventures, the QR code of the "quest" must be scanned in the Actionbound application. From there, each adventurer will receive clues and jokers as to where they should go. Various questions related to the places visited are also included. All adventures are available in the City Quest campaign on the BCause website. Voluntary donations are also accepted there.
