My energetic and extremely optimistic nature convinced me that an uncompromising spirit is my strongest point. I cannot, do not want and will not believe that children's health care in Bulgaria can remain at this level. I strongly believe that with small steps and persistence we will achieve change and build something better for our children - a safe, calm and positive environment during their stay in hospital facilities. I am a mother of two boys and I have a wonderful family. My profession is a restorer, but this is also my way of thinking. Very often, when I see something, I imagine it in its best light. So it is with paintings and icons, and also with buildings and the care of children in hospitals. I joined Project # for Good because I believe in the power of doing things together. Magdalena is an architect and designer in one – a dream that came true for us. She works tirelessly and uncompromisingly: she designs, draws, estimates, calculates and monitors the implementation of construction activities like a true superhero. Her professionalism and passion for details breathe life into every space she touches. In addition to being an invaluable professional, Magdalena is also a mother of two wonderful children. She is an example of how heart, skill and desire for change can combine in one person and inspire.
Masha is the driving force behind our work. She is the person who arranges, organizes and structures everything so that “For Good” can move forward confidently. With a master’s degree in bank accounting, Masha is the embodiment of precision and responsibility. She loves to read, loves walks, cinema and a cup of aromatic tea. At the foundation, she is our organizational guru – she collects invoices, works with documentation, processes the archive, takes care of administrative processes and never misses anything important. She keeps all documents neat, monitors deadlines and details, and maintains order where chaos often reigns. She is the quiet force behind our daily work – always ready to come to the rescue. Strict, organized and with a big heart, Masha is an indispensable part of our team.
Iva is the newest addition to the “For Good” team. She is one of those young people who do not wait for change, but create it. We say that she is “from the blood type of people who repair the world” – and we completely believe it. She has a master’s degree in international relations and is currently pursuing a doctorate. She knows how to think strategically and see the big picture – something that helps her combine strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail. Iva is a communications specialist with extensive experience in creating visual and textual content. She is also a graphic designer – an activity that she practices with passion, precision and imagination. Outside of her professional role, Iva is a 3rd dan Kyokushin karate sensei – proof of immense discipline, will and dedication. Iva brings a new charge to the foundation’s team. In her free time, she loves mountain hikes and painting – her way of connecting with nature and herself.
Dr. Slaveiko Jambazov has international experience in health policy consulting, hospital network management, health insurance, pharmaceutical manufacturing, strategic planning and marketing. He holds a doctorate in health technology assessment, an MBA from the American University in Bulgaria and a master's degree in medicine and public health. Consultant in health technology assessment, pharmacoeconomics, real-world data and patient outcome measurement with over 15 years of experience.
Dr. Sibila Marinova - a great doctor and person. Dr. Marinova is the head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the multidisciplinary regional hospital in Veliko Tarnovo. She is the regional donor coordinator for the North Central region, and the regional hospital has been a donor base for over 10 years. Thanks to Dr. Marinova and her team, dozens of donor situations have been realized, and more than 100 human lives have been saved.

Jared Mitchell has been our friend and like-minded person since the very beginning of the creation of the Situation Center, where our efforts to help Ukrainian citizens who sought protection in Bulgaria were concentrated. He and his wife are New Zealand citizens, but that hasn't stopped them from fundraising in their homeland, creating humanitarian aid campaigns, providing us with technical support because they are IT professionals. Jared is the co-founder of Topvine Consulting. Possesses a keen eye for recognizing and capitalizing on new business opportunities and is adept at creating strong partnerships and alliances that drive revenue growth.
Mariela Tsekova is one of the people who left an indelible mark in the history of the For Good Foundation. As a member of the Control Board and a long-time active participant in our team, she was a valuable support in all our initiatives and projects. Mother of a wonderful and energetic daughter, Mariela is an example of kindness, dedication and active civic position. Her professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry contributed to structure, competence and calm in our dynamic work. Although today Mariela continues her development in a different direction, she remains inseparable from us - part of the #For Good family. When we need support, advice or simply a true like-minded person, she is always there for us - ready to help, as she always has.
Maggie Alexieva – MEY is not just an exceptional musician, she is a friend of the causes of the For Good Foundation. With her big heart and infectious energy, May is inseparable from us in every endeavor related to charity and support. She actively helps us in the realization of the “Music for Good” concert in support of the “Children of Heroes Foundation”, and her presence by our side in every cause brings light, inspiration and the power of true empathy. With her immense talent, combined with dedication to good causes, May proves that music can not only heal souls, but also inspire change.
He is a man of inspiration, of ideas that touch hearts. Creator of the “Firefly” logo – the emblem of our mission, he became our close friend from the first conversation. He is part of the Yellowmark agency – a place that carries the spirit of bold creativity. But for us, Gary is much more than a professional – he is a like-minded person, a person who was able to deeply feel our cause and give it a visual image. After several candid meetings with him, he presented the “Firefly” logo – a moment that we will never forget. We were all moved, because in this small, shining firefly we saw the essence of everything we build together – hope, warmth and light in the most difficult moments. The love for the logo and for Gary was at first sight. To this day, he remains part of the heart of the foundation.
I am a creator at heart, mostly a photographer. Life blessed me with a wonderful family and two impressive children. About #For Good - fate knows its job. I believe that nothing is accidental. Doing good is invigorating, especially when you are part of such an inspiring team. Seeing your efforts change destinies is a privilege. Goodness is a longing for happiness, and I dream of seeing more happy faces!
