We are proud to share that as an official member of the National Network for Children (NNC) – the largest association of civil organizations working for a better future for children in Bulgaria, part of the team of The For Good Foundation took part in The annual meeting of the network in Stara Zagora (2025).
The event brought together more than 130 participants from 65 organizations from all over the country – teachers, psychologists, principals, doctors, activists, experts in children's policies and representatives of institutions. The focus of the meeting was placed on access to quality education and healthcare for every child, as well as the need for effective, sustainable and inclusive policies to support families and children.
As an organization focused on humane, accessible, and compassionate care in pediatric healthcare, The For Good Foundation participated in two key working groups:
"Healthcare" – together we discussed the possibilities for introducing a national standard for pediatric wards, the need for an improved treatment environment and the importance of therapeutic communication;
"Education" – we focused on the role of early childhood development and the need for an integrated approach to children in vulnerable situations.
At the meeting we officially received our membership certificate in NMD – a symbol of belonging to a community of people who believe that Every child deserves a chance and care..
We had the honor to be and guests of Association "World without Borders", which actively works with families from marginalized communities. Meeting their team and sharing good practices was among the most impactful moments for us.
We return from Stara Zagora with new ideas, partnerships and an even stronger desire to continue working. for quality healthcare and education for every child in Bulgaria.
Thank you to the team at National Network for Children for the trust, the organization and the inspiration. And to all participants – for the shared vision, solidarity and common goals. Together we are stronger.
