Art with a cause: charity exhibition "For Good with Love"

On June 6, 2025 in the cozy art space Altarium at 205 G. S. Rakovski Street in Sofia, we participated in the opening of the charity exhibition "For Good with Love" – an event dedicated to art, empathy and our quest to transform children's hospital wards into places that heal not only the body, but also the soul.
The exhibition is part of the donation campaign for the renovation of The Children's Department at Dupnitsa Hospital, which will be completely transformed into a modern and welcoming environment - following the model of the already completed 11 departments in the country.
Project "Firefly" The For Good Foundation aims to create hospitals that don't look like hospitals – but rather places of safety, care, and humanity.
The opening brought together dozens of guests, donors and friends of the cause. The space of Altarium came to life through the fabulous works of Valya Popova – sociologist, journalist and artist, and Rumyana Krastanova – author of unique panels with Bulgarian embroidery, inspired by the native tradition.
The official guest of the event was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boyan Slavenkov – lecturer, public figure and former economic advisor to the President, Dr. Zhelyu Zhelev, who delivered a message about the meaning of public engagement and the power of good deeds.
